The top 10 Gundam designs thread got me to thinking.. the Bad Guys deserve some love too! Zeon, The Titans, and all the other "bad guys" of the Gundam universe had some pretty cool Non-Gundam MS and MA designs. Here's a list of some of my favorites:

i'll have to think about the rest, and modify my post later, but off the top of my head:
is Turn X an ENEMY or a gundam?
Gold Samurai from Turn A...is that his name?
i've not watched so many series, but have the kits...how do i know if they are friends or foes? this makes me so sound like a noob/idiot, but i've always pretended my kits were armored Angels, and gave them personalities, since my first kit was 5 years before ever SEEING ANY of the anime, and only limited until the internet and Wing. So, my version of them is the way i view them, and for me, it is fine, but doesn't help with this discussion.

Hygogg and Kampfer are two of my favorite enemy mecha designs.

I like any of the guys who look like they're heavily armed (regardless of how well their fared in the actual anime).
So Sazabi takes my top spot.
I also like the "Serpent" grunt mecha from Wing. I know, they were grunts and blew up good, but they were very military-themed in their drab olive and grey colours.
I never really liked Tallgeese from Wing but I did like Epyon - which was a pseudo-Transformer. I just liked its flight-mode a lot - better than Gundam Wing itself!
Kampfer from War in the Pocket was also another "looks like he's heavily-armed and ready to take names."
And lastly - I have a softspot for the F91 baddies too. But mostly because like Falconhood, I got kits of those before I ever saw a Gundam anime (actually mine were Silhouette Formula kits and not really the ones that appear in the F91 movie, but still).

Man, there's even more to choose from. My favorites mostly comes from the UC timeline (again, in no particular order):
Gouf Custom (long live Norris Packard)
Sazabi (hey, it's Char)
Tallgeese I - II - III (although III can't be considered as a real enemy mecha)
Gundam Virsago (truly evil gundam design, particularly while firing its main cannon)
Master Gundam (super robot posing as real robot)
Sinanju (mini sazabi)
Kaempfer (I love the blue, too bad it's live is really short!)
Calamity Gundam (more long range gundam)
Baund Doc (really different design)
