good one Q glad to see you getting some goods as well lol i knew you couldnt last long lol!! I had this on preorder so i got the parts too! Do you plan on building this soon though? Haha. I doubt I will get around to him anytime soon. I've completed the feet and head on my PG Strike Rouge. Guess how long that took me? Let's just say I started before Xmas..... Just don't have the time to build right now. How about you? LOL, you have a jumbo stack of boxes that haven't been touched. Will the PG Astray jump to the top of your priority list? ;D -Q

Lol yup Im not familiar lol Update, just got GFF MC RX-78 G3, very pleased with this as I only paid $79 for it. Q- lol yeah i shouldnt be talking about building, those feet are more then i have done in ages! And yes, I am highly contimplating moving Astray to the top!! Hi, can the Zeta Plus hold the beam sabers properly? Also, is this similar to the Zeta ver 2.0 in the Master Grade line? Are the arms proportioned like the Master Grade Zeta 2.0? Or unproportioned arms like the older MG Zeta? Thanks

I couldn't resist the sale they are having on this at HLJ.com and order the red one. I have many version of the Zeta Z MSZ-006 in Blue but never had a red version. Now lets hope I get a good currency conversion when they go to process this. It's only around 175$ or so shipped now. It retail at 18800 Yen, so I am happy with the discount they are offering. Here the link in case anyone else wants it. www.hlj.com/product/BAN951564and the blue one www.hlj.com/product/BAN951566

Hence the reason I didn't jump on this one when it was first release. I remember there being a price drop on the first GFFMC not long after it was release. For me anyway it's a must buy at that price. Mechamasterj, this one is nine to 10 inches tall right. For scale purpose, someone should really place it next to the MP-01 Prime just to get a fell on how big this one is.
Oh, and I have a request to Vic01 if you happen to read this thread. Can I see this Zeta along side your Custom Devil Zeta?

yea he is pretty much the same size as the MG 1/100 zetas. man if i only knew, oh well next MC I will wait!! I should of known because not long after I get Zeta I went looking for Psycho and RX MCs and found them for weight below thier initial starting price!
The next MC is 0 gundam right?

Yeah, 0 Gundam is next, it seems like they still want to use that old RX-78 parts. Since they like to reuse some of there old designs, this will give hope to a EX-S Gundam and the DEEP STRIKER. But I still want a RX-121-1 Hazel TR-1 Custom Gundam in either GGFN or MC form.

I couldn't resist at the sale price and placed an order for the blue limited GFF MC Zeta Plus. I hope I'm not disappointed with it. I'm still hoping for a GFF MC or Super HCM Pro Sentinel Gundam. I loved Bandai's ZZ Gundam chogokin that came out several years back.

From what I have seen in all the video reviews, this one will not disappoint, unlike the weak Kado Senshi version, Chogokin GD-44 I believe. That figure alone made me hate the Z gundam altogether. I mean, the GD-60 ZZ Gundam was great and So was the Hyaku Shiki GD-57 had lots of diecast.

I can't wait to get the GFF MC Zeta Plus. Hopefully, with the super-expensive EMS shipping it won't be too long.

I have the order confirmation and is waiting for them to ship, it usually take no longer than a week for EMS, sometimes faster. BTW zephyranthes, what color did you choose? I bet it's the limited Blue.

I bet it's the limited Blue. Yup. The blue one. Looks better IMHO even though the red scheme is supposedly associated with Amuro Ray. I hope the exchange rate improves further before the processing is completed.

Damn exchange rate. I was hoping for 1 to 100 yen rate, like a couple of weeks ago. But its at 1 to 95. It's 17300 yen altogether and I was hoping to pay 175, not the 181-183 that will be charged to my card. It's still better than the original price. I should see this next wednesday.

I totally hear you. The exchange rate blows. I don't think my card has even been charged yet since HLJ is generally so slow about charging the card after placing the order (takes several days). This works if the rate goes up in the meantime. But if it drops, we're screwed. Oh well. Not much that can be done if you want to take advantage of the limited time sale price--which pretty much covers the enormous shipping cost. I've noticed in the past that the exchange rate you get with HLJ isn't always the best rate you may see online for that particular day. Ugh. That's why I almost always only buy from HLJ during a sale.

yeah only worth it to buy on sale or bulk but in the end after shipping costs you dont ghet that much of a deal when compared to domestic prices, just denpends on if you need something when it first comes out.

Mailman came by a little to early today and I missed on receiving this. I am having my sister pick this one up for me tomorrow. Domestic prices are too high. BBTS is still selling this at 240-250 and that's before shipping. Local store are even higher with the mark up and they tag on that sales tax.

I just received this from HLJ today and all I can say is WOW! The amount of parts and detail on this bad boy is just jaw-dropping. The transformation and parts-forming annoyed me at first, but the final Zeta Plus with all the attachments is wicked. A one-mech army, it could blow all my Macross valks away! Question is, should I pick up the red one too?
