Can the Zeta Plus hold the beam sabers properly? Also, is this similar to the Zeta ver 2.0 in the Master Grade line? Are the arms proportioned like the Master Grade Zeta 2.0? Or unproportioned arms like the older MG Zeta? Thanks

Yeah, but the review does NOT say if the figures is able to wield the beam sabers securely... nor that it compares the proportion against MG Zeta Version 2.0, LOL.
Honestly, judging from the pics, it does hold the beam sabers very securely, but I can only testify from my experience with GFFMC RX-78-2. For comparison with the MG Zeta Ver. 2.0 proportions, you'll have to find that out for yourself. You can find MG instruction scans at dalong.net.

In this Japanese review, you'll see a picture of a Master Grade Zeta Plus compared side-by-side to the GFF MC version. You'll see that they're very similar in size. The GFF MC really stands out because of the additional detailing. f52.aaa.livedoor.jp/~gffm/lineup/1005.html

Man, it's not often that you see Gundam toys that are better than the model's proportion!
Thanks for sharing, bro!

I got mine today (blue version), great piece. And yes, it can hold all the different weapons perfectly, nothing flops!

Scary thing happened to me the first time I tried to transform it: the whole leg assembly fell off ;D!

Not sure what your problem is then because the legs are supposed to lock from both the front (crotch piece) AND the rear (back skirt), not to mention that both halves peg together at the pelvis...

That's correct. But when I tried to transform mine on the first time, I released the lock on both legs. If I had done it one at a time, the leg assembly wouldn't have fallen off. Both you and MMJ are correct, once the lock is released, it's very easy to remove the legs assembly, but they didn't fall off by themselves.

Just order this from Amiami for about $108 shipped, is it a good deal? I was surprised they are offering it at this super discount price.
