I finally received a beater Daitarn to do a review but I got it broken. This didnt stop me from completing the review. After days and days of video shooting, editing, recording dialogue and audio sync problems I was able to complete the video. I had 7 pages of written dialogue and was reading it during the video haha so thats why I sound like Im reading. Hope you like long videos, anyways here it is:
Part1
Part 2
Part 3

You another awsome job on this review! I love the little sound effects when the beater's legs come off. I can't wait for the SOC version to come out. Heck, I would even settle for some new info on it.
;D

Great job. I have a couple of these also, and love 'em. Simply cannot be beat for vintage gokin per dollar out there. The love for this stuff comes through in the video, what with your background stories, and different version chasing details.
Agreed on the quality. These Taiwan versions don't give up anything except packaging size to the original. And I can't believe they're bootlegs with the copyright. I think a company that kept going after Clover folded up after the Gundam/Gunboy fiasco, simply got the license, and kept making them in good quality.
Thanks a lot for the effort of putting this review up.

I laughed like an idiot when his legs pulled off and it played a little scream sound. Very entertaining review.
