I don't like Armada, in general. It's so indicative of the Hasbro mentality of sacrificing play value for profit. When Takara tried to do RID without Hasbro's backing and influence, they began creating a toy line so sophisticated and involved that they nearly broke the bank on that toy line and had to bring in repaints of older TFs to fill in the series. Now that Hasbros' paying for much of the toy development out of their own pockets and influencing the direction of the series, we've got cheaper, less substantial toys with a stupid minicon gimmick selling for the same price as RID. I've only bought Megatron, and I even regret that. There s $35 I could have spent on something worthwhile (Like a Supertrain Megazord of Jumbo Machinder Mazinger Z  ) |
