i was at my local wal mart today and saw a funny looking gray megatron and i stupid enough to pay $25 for it. i think i will send him to ebay. i don't know but the green megatron look much better. does anyone know why megatron is gray now. did i miss something on the tv show?

That's Galvatron, the first of many upcoming Armada repaints. Some people have been looking everywhere for it, so you're quite lucky. You could probably make a decent profit on ebay with it.

silly me. i should have read the package more carefully. the going price for this guy on ebay is only around $35 to $40 so not much profit.
