At first glance, it reminded me of the character
"Akira Fudo" from the live-action version of the
2004 Devilman movie...
Alsao reminds me of the dudes from the band Dir En Grey,
they use sketches as effects in some of their music videos.

The way you sketched the shading here is what
reminded of these characters.

It looks fantastic!
