About 6 months ago a Hasbro rep posted an inquiry at the TF2000 board asking which one TF should be reissued for the 20th anniversary. I suspect they might go with the top three or something. Unfortunately, the #1 choice was Optimus Prime again. He's already been reissued three times now

I don't really recall, but I think #2 was Soundwave, and I don't remember #3. Anyway, none of my choices were popular.

That was mentioned a few times as a hopeful wish, but I've never heard any rumors that it was actually being done.
