Are they officially killing the Metal Composite line in favor of the Metal Build? Anyone know the reason for this?

What again!?! I can see the differences from the first version but still with about a billion different Gundam designs they could have picked something else. Oh well at least it looks pretty good.

Why am I not surprised? Maybe I'll get this one since I didn't get the first MCGFF of it. Fact is that despite how many complain that they keep putting out an RX-78 every couple of years... a guy like me comes along who hasn't bought one yet. It guys like me that Bandai are trying to get.
But yes, there are so many other Gundam's (or even non-Gundam mobile suits they could do).

Yeah I'll probably buy one too, the RX-78-02 is still my favorite Gundam ever plus these Ka. versions are pretty sweet looking. It'll look good next to the first version, honestly though I think they should just make a separate RX-78-02 line and have a bunch of different designers have a crack at it, could you imagine say a Kawamori or Nagai designed RX? It would be awesome! |

I wouldn't of mind this being the next metal build but a another stagnant rx..... At least put sOme decent articulation in this version

This is more expensive than the original Gundam + G-Falcon release, just for some parts retool and additional armaments. Should've kept this one as a Tamashii exclusive I demand a new 1/100 GFFMC Gundam Mold! |
