It wont look as good unless you put more work and $$ into it...... depending on what supplies you already have and your modeling skills.

All you really need to make the MG look good is a can of topcoat, an exacto knife (to trim the decals) and a toooooooooooooooon of patience.
There's probably NOTHING you can do to make it feel as sturdy and stable as the MC probably will, though. The MG isn't bad, but there's certain failings to it that are simply inherent to its design as a hollow plastic model kit.*
* I love mine though. It looks freaking awesome.

yeah the helmet seems to stick out a lot more then any other iterations which casts an ugly shadow on the face....... i dont think that will change in the final product unfortunately.

Because of the transformation the Unicorn does have a bit of a "pinhead" look. Frankly, I think the Unicorn looks the best in its Unicorn mode, which is a bit of a pity considering how much design is put into its destroy form

well you can always keep the unicorn head in destroy mode if you wish. I personnally left the uni antennae on my model.

I like the look of the whole unicorn form, not just the head . there's something about that all-white body covered in decals that really appeals to the real-robot lover in me.

There has to be parts swapping on the horn, though, because the fin and horn they're showing aren't transformable. No hinges.
Granted, it might be like the MG in that they give you a transforming and a static pair, but I dunno.
