I always loved the layout of this toy in the styrofoam. How does it compare size-wise to the DX?

The toy is all diecast (for the most part) as opposed to the other DX. Size wise it is about 7'ish inches tall vs. about 10ish or so for the DX. SO it is smaller for sure. The diecast adds great heft though.

Thanks for throwing that up Ed. Really nice. I like that it's way more diecast than the DX. One to put on the hunt list for sure.

It's a funky robot, comes with gun, sword and axe which I don't recall is anime accurate. If memory serves me well, there is a gimmick in the chest. A blue elevator that we can move up and down via a dial at the back? Is that right Ed?

-Indeed arkboy. The yellow dial in the back moves a helical gear (nerd here). That moves the blue elevator up into the cockpit. Then a small rubber'ish irongear I believe can ride the elevator up.
