The "Belgian advertising " is the one-sided catalog that came
with the belgian/dutch Ark robots. Looks like the german catalog.

Apropos belgium. I bought a few Arks from there. So if you are
from belgium, you have better chances to find them, because they had been released there. Good luck!

Kong never was released in Europe, so far I know.
