Yeah I saw this, and man is it short, actual action is about 1min lol wish i knew what was going on though. Love the modernization of RX-78, the rival mechs got a huge overhaul though. I wish they did something more with the gundam though but the little action that is here is top notch!

Thanks recca74 for informing us of this. Sweet. I think that CG is the perfect format for Gundam. Nice visuals in the short. I'd love to see a full length feature UC Gundam film in CG (all CG, no live action).

Thanks for sharing. I have mix feelings about this short. Its well made on the technical aspects, but felt that it doesn't really fit well as a Gundam film (other than using the brand name as a selling point). It feels quite fantasy-like, and you wouldn't feel much different if they replace the RX-78 with something completely different, and call it the "Ring of XXX".
Its interesting & well made, but not something I expected as a cool Gundam short.

well theres quite a few gundams with a bit of fantasy to them (other then the whole fantasy of people controling giant robots lol) take 00 for instance towards the end of that there is a bit of fantasy elements....... V gudnam, definitely G gundam all had elements of this sort.
