Finally, I was able to find the Alternator Smokescreen at our local TRU in Vancouver. The first time that it came out the clerk told me that they sold out several hours after their displayed it. Now, there were 6 pieces and quickly picked one. I was initially dissapointed how "plastic" it look. I know that the Japanese version is the die cast version but never thought that thiw North American version look so much like "kid stuf." Anyhow, I went back to the clinic and showed everyone the newest member of my "family." I am quiet dissapointed by the durability of the arm joint- I snapped one out!! I was so shocked and stunned that I just have to stop and collect myself... I put it back in again and just realized how different of a feel plastic is to something heavier. I feel that I am going to break this toy apart in less than 1 day... Does anyone else here find this toy difficult to transform and not durable at all? P.S Southpaw.....have u seen the Optimus Prime Convoy in ur regular TRU?
