I don't know. This surfaced yesterday from the Hamatoys weibo page. Company unrevealed. And a X-Transbot new wheelie is on schedule : I will probably get a MP Stax too after first dropped reviews... Hope this will be aa nice as Fanstoys release to complet a MP collection. EDIT : About PE Warden, I don't have a Fortmax, did someone knows what size alt mode head could be ? from www.facebook.com/media/set/?set=a.470567053029036.1073741832.407873945965014&type=1Edit 2 : he can eat Classic Prime head :

Honestly, to pay $150 for a beautiful robot and then display it as a replacement head on Fort Max seem ludicrus to me. Not to mention you end with a spare original head that would no longer be used. Even if you have an old Fortess Maximus minus the head, paying $150 for a head replacement is just absurd when some people sell recasts for $40.

I just snooped in TF2005 boards about this X-Transbot Wheelie, and the main question surfacing is about the scale : it has to scale with others MP, BUT, it also has to scale with MP Grimlock... and that's the main problem : MP Grimlock's scale is old dated and this character is apreciate because of his relationship with our Dinobot king. A new MP Grimlock is highly on demand, but I don't know if peoplo are ready to spend another usd $180 in a second Grimlock, or sometimes a third considering the comic color edition... Imo... I am ready to buy a new one and even propose my skills to help on creation for it (I allready throw a message bottle toward X-Transbot). EDIT : KFC Justice Haymaker (Shattered Glass Slugfest)

For some reason it seems like the new head is being placed on an old body. In other words, the head should be a bit more retro than modern if you know what I mean. I have fort Max and I can and cannot see how this would fit its motif. Could be the sculpting, scale, or, heck I don't know. Don't get me wrong, I really like the look of the figure, as well as I enjoy the look of Fort Max, maybe just not together, even though it was designed to compliment Max or in other words, go together. Somebody help me out here.

Somebody help me out here. Thing is, this wasn't meant to be just an add on or upgrade to the G1 Fort Max toy. The Head Master function allowing it to be attached to the old Fort Max is just one of the features. If I remember correctly, this thing has other transformation and also has a small little headmaster figure too. I pretty sure that PE (Perfect Effects) has something else planned. Maybe a full size more modern Fort Max to go with this head. If not them, then other third parties might step in and take a shot at it.

Still on the fence for the Perfect Effect Warden... (I will wait first reviews) I digged this pictures to see how it transforms in head mode : Edit : I preorder it at RK.. price is nice for such figure. Their (too small) Reflector gang was nice and this picture gave me the envy to get one : it feets perfectly with my FP X-Functions.

X-Transbot will continue playing double in Transformers AND Gobots homage : Wheelie mold will also be used and renamed as "Sonic" (not-Turbo)

Nice looking figure but to small to fit with MP's.

This figure was obviously intended to fit the classics line. Don't understand why they pose it next to a MP. Specially since we already have a mp soundwave and an mp blaster would need to be the same size, not smaller. Very nice figure though

It looks good but what I'm seeing is a trend for adding insane amounts of details which you really don't need. It just looks cluttered and it's even worse when they paint these details it looks like a Christmas tree. Subtle detailing and paint looks much better IMHO then going overboard.

Transformers need modern or G1 designs but not overhelmed by sci-fy design.
