Damn, that ink looks awesome! So, That's the name of that vehicle? (I had never watched the Gaiking series)...
...cool name. I could walk up to some old fart at a bus-stop and slam-pat him on the back and say "Yo, Wazzap, Buzzoler!" ;D

That is awesome!! Is that your knee or calf?
Are you planning on getting Skyler and Nessar too? At the very least you gotta get Daiku Maryu!! (unless you already have it)

That is my calf, and god it looks huge in that picture lol. I am doing Nessar and Skyler in January. Gaiking is on the other side. Down the back will be the Katakana (or is it Kanji) for Gaiking. Not sure where i will put in Daiku Maryu or some of the head shots of the pilots. But in the end it will be an entire leg of Gaiking.

That's some big calf alright. Yer body parts are so big you could tat the entire Gaiking series on you! ;D
That's really cool... we don't see too many fans tattooing their favorite animes on their bodies, ever. I knew of a fan who tattooed Mazinkaiser's eye-liner (the red light-emittion facial panel-lines, the eyes-nose-mouth lines)-- he had it done in black ink down the base of his neck toward his back... it looked "tribal".
Someday I'd like to tat Mazinger-Z on my back. If I'd have a little more leisure time I'll try and draw MZ in some fighting poses; the best drawing will become my back-tat.

My calf is not really that big, it's just a weird angle and some swelling. LOL. I have always wanted to do some tattoos of my favorite robots, I grew up on this stuff, and after all these years I still love it. Eventually I will do a Grendizer half sleeve as well. Who knows maybe a Mazinger in there somewhere too.
