YAHOO!!! I finally got mine yesterday from BBTS.
MAN, Convoy is really heavy and huge. I took some pictures but I don't know where to post it.

Yups the instruction manual's white on black illustrations are pretty much useless. ...Nice blue print style but useless. I used Remy's transformation guide over the Takara inst manual, www.kenkon.com/collection/act170/.

Also, someone over at the Toybox DX BBS posted a decent guide. Its still in the first page of the "Transfan Forum" I would post a URL but it will just take you to their index (http://www.toyboxdx.com/set-bbs.html).

today I bought the hasbro version..
got it for 89.92 CDN at walmart

I dont mind the smokestakes and battle damage not that noticeable..(or maybe its because I own the takara one already.)
The head and feet of the hasbro version pops out very easily though..
didnt find any black gun version though.

My takara is now finally transformed to truck mode for display.(only transformed once)
and the hasbro his ripe for play

I also just got my Master Piece Convoy! I nabbed one from my boss.. who had a friend that went to Japan and bought a few and brought it over. I really thought that the Getter G soul of Chogokin would The Final great great toy for me... But now I have added prime onto that list.. he sits on my desk.. he heavier then I expected.. and pretty durable..

By the way.. does anyone have the translation on the manual? I wouldn't mind knowing what they wrote for the beset Prime stories ever. I recognized only the one with the Safari hunter who captures all the autobots, and Younge Optimus... the rest seems pretty vague to me...
