Here I have Bandais MCM Lancelot Conquista Knight Mare Frame. I bleive this is the third incarnation of one of the main mechs in the series Code Geass. This one contains the glide unit and Hadron Blaster.
MCM you say? Im sure not a lot of people heard of this line, Mechanical Complete Model. In fact I only think like five figures were made under this line and they all belong to Code Geass. Basically your getting a completed 1/100 grade Model Kit, well not exactly as its definitely toy quality but it is made almost entirely out of PVC. Its kinda like a bigger Robot damashi but with a tad bit more attention to detail and a lot more expensive lol.
Lancelot stands around 7" and comes with; glide unit, 2 heat blades, 2 deactivated heat blades, two Slash Hakens with cable wire, 2 V.A.R.I.S cannons, mini pilot suzaku, and clear stand. there are also detailings on the armor that represent hidden weapons on the frame like the Blaze Luminous located on the chest.
He has farily descent articulation and is capable of producing many of the anime's signature poses. The painting on the figure is superb though, lancelot has a pearl coating and it looks fantastic in the light. His weapons are also nicely painted except for the cheap gold on the VARIS rifle. He also has several moveable parts, like the rear hatch (and pilot can actually fit insdie complete with chair and controls) and the wings on the glide unit and the Hadron Blaster.
The figure can stand well on on its own even when fully equiped. of course, the Land spinners help with stabilty. Only problem he has, the wrists joints are weak and can barly hold any of the weapons straight.
Overall, its a nice figure especially if you get it on sale like i did. Im not sure why bandai stopped this line after five figures and only reserved it to Code geass, I think the line had more potential, at least finish off the Code Geass line oh well.
On with the pics
