SIC Kiva emperor Form (My first SIC)

I got Kiva about a week ago and this being my very first SIC I must say I am impressed. First off the sculpt is just for a lack of a better word HOT! All of the lines are painted in, shaded or highlighted in some manner its just a sight the behold. Metal content is limited to the upper neck collars, the knee armor and the feet. Articulation is pretty good even though its hindered by some of the armor. I was a little hesitant buying an SIC since a lot of the earlier ones have reports of being fragile, but lone and behold this thing feels pretty solid very action figure like. Something worth noting is that even though the cape is large and made out of some fairly rubbery material it doesn't make Kiva top heavy Being a web shop exclusive this thing will cost a damn pretty penny. If you really like the design or your fan of the show this is an awesome piece to pick up and look at. My eyes are definitely set on the new IXA and dark kiva coming out so stay tuned for pics of those.

yes one of the nicest figures to grace the sic archives!! im amazed at how many people have turned to this figure despite its pretty intense cost (not that sic figures are cheap to begin with) I only need one other limited sic figure but hes the most expensive........ wild chalice!!

I think people have laid down the cash for this figure because the design is just so enticing and eye catching that with a very weak resistance to Japanese toys becomes a total purchase! What I'm most impressed about this line is that bandai could pack so much detail into one figure and sell it at a very reasonable price tag (not including exclusives are just regular releases). Heck I think the the new Ixa + Dark Kiva for like $70 shipped is a hot deal at ami ami so I think the value is great on these guys.

yeah but it goes to show how much cheaper they could of sold emperor at!! and how they could of not made it an exclusive, if anything, they should of done dark emperor as an exclusive.... but bandai's marketing team was pretty smart there....... they got more sales doing it the way they did!!

yeah it's becoming a trend of Bandai to make a more popular characters into web limited exclusives, knowing ppl will buy them at their crazy prices.

Haha. Nice one there Dead Man you made my lighting all the better. XD Mechamasterj your also right that bandai should of released Kiva emperor form as a regular release. Sometimes bandai's webshop exclusives seem plausible with like a clear variant or something like a trans-am gundam Exia, but then they totally screw up and release a popular character as an exclusive (emperor Kiva) or most regrettably tekkaman evil which I'm still pissed about.
