Just got my SKL and though I wouldn't say it's a $100 worth of figure, I'm very happy with it. Looks great, feels great. No complaints really.

Well, picked up my Mazinkaizer SKL today. I have to admit I'm a little dissapointed at the diecast content - it only has diecast on the lower legs. I'm not even sure the hip joints are diecast... However, it still has some weight to it, which is a good thing. Not a $100 USD figure by any means, but I've done a lot worse before... Oh well, I still have my favorite, and that is all that matters to me. }D

Ron Jeremy iz da MAAAAAAAN! All Hands DOWN! ;D ok ok ok.... Hey, Thanks for posting the size-comparison pics, SKLie sure looks bigger than the revoltechs, so That's a relief. He looks good next to those "whitened" Mazingers (by the way, that Whitened Mazinger paint-job is the Best I've seen for custom-painted gokins by far, All Hands DOWN!!!) I think that as "bulky" as the SKL is for his design, it's justified by the die-cast in the lower parts of the figure for Stability. If there were any heavier weight in the upper body parts, that would stress the joints pretty quickly and in the long run the figure wouldn't be able to support its own upper weight... ...so, what you have in this design here makes sense with the distribution of die-cast to the lower areas while keeping the upper body parts lighter weight. zozo-Magengar

I don't know about the original megazord, but Bandai IS making a Shinken-oh from Samurai Shinkenger. I think that's the only one that's been confirmed, but interesting if someone at Mandarake is hinting at more - stores are often privy to product solicitations before things are openly announced and confirmed by manufacturers.

It would be amazing if these tiny sentai mecha can decombine like the larger version.

It would also be amazing to see SRC vehicles such as Supercar Gattiger, Brain Condor, the Pilders (the Hover, and the Jet versions), Gatchaman Pheonix... etcetera and so on, ya know... ;D

You know Tony, that's quite a brilliant idea! Those time bokan mechas would certainly look good on that scale.

I just got my Reideen the Brave, the swords don't fit well in his gauntlet. The hole in the gauntlet seems way too tight . Anyone else have this problem? I also got a warped finger on one of his grasping hands.
Otherwise, this is a pretty damn fine figure.

Be careful with those Raideen hands... I don't have this figure yet, but if my hunch is right he might include the left hand "pointing finger" which he does when he fires his arrow (he aims with that pointing finger and at the same time charges the arrow tip with Mutron power). Just so y'all will know. zozo-Magengar

Though I'm a little late on getting it . I got Mazinkasier SKl over the weekend. I think its Great . I haven't watched the DVD yet. The joints are nice and tight and the figure looks so cool. It may not be a must have for everyone but I'm glad I got it.

Anyone has any idea how these SRC fit in scalewise with the Kotobukiya kits??

They're a bit smaller. This isn't an ideal comparison, as it's a Dengeki Hobby Weissritter and a Kotobukiya Model kit, but SRC Alteisen has been in perfect scale with my Dengeki hobby figs. All that said, they're very close, and considering the varying sizes of all the different Koto kits anyway, it wont look too out of place to mix and match here and there.

@ Magengar, Reideen comes with two 'pointing finger' hands, left & right.
In the end, I took a scalpel and did a little bit of light scraping to make the blade fit in his gauntlet.
