hi, i went on a small toy hunt trip around Metro Manila and i was able to get these 2 second-hand battery-powered kaijus: 1. Space Godzilla Spark Walker- not R/C, battery powered, everything works with the mouth opening wide and his two large power crystals in it's shoulder flashing lights. 1 foot tall, Bandai 1994. 2. MOGE-Goji - 1.2 to 1.3 feet tall unfortunately only the startup roar would work upon flicking the switch. on the chest i think it's the sensor for the remote control. problem is the garage sale owner does not know where the remote control is. Bandai, 1994 the back is mutilated already but i think i can still fix it. what concerns me now is how to get this working with a makeshift R/C. Questions: 1. does anyone here have the same Godzilla as mine? 2. if you have, what is the frequency range of the R/C? 3. can you please take a pic of the remote so i can find one somewhere in yahoo japan auctions? 4. when i lightly scratch the 9V battery on the connector ends, the head would start to move and the feet would start moving but end quickly. i have to keep touching the connector ends to the battery until a full step has been completed. if that is the case, do you think that an R/C is still needed or will this function without one at all if repaired properly? please take note that for the moge-goji i can't find identifying marks that this is an official toy but looking at other sites this is supposed to be a bandai 1994 moge-koji walker. judging only from the rubber skin it's the same make as Space Godzilla.

I know Bandai released some of these under the "Real Action" series. I was always tempted to get them but never did. There's some more info here (check the links near the top): www.vinylmaddness.com/DX.htmlMaybe you can contact the site owner and get the info you need.
