So after the dust has long settled, what did everyone think of the 7" US Arch Enemy line. I only saw two pairings released, the Wing zero/Talgeese III and then the R782 and Geelog set.
Anyone see more? Am I the only one that misses this set?

Correct me if I'm wrong: I believe there's another one, the Strike Gundam's in launcher configuration that was released under that line, although it was a sole release, and no enemy mecha from gundam seed was released along. Edit: Bandai should have released Shiro Amada's Gundam EZ8 and Norris Packard's Gouf Custom under this line as well

They were great. Especially the good guys. The RX and the Wing Zero were great. Actually the Talgeese was really good also.

Hoo... Apparently I was wrong. The version that was packaged under the Arch Enemy line was the Aile Strike version, www.rixrobots.com/GundamAile.htm, while the Launcher Strike, albeit reported as the same Strike Gundam with the Aile Strike configuration, was packaged as "7.5" Launcher Strike Gundam".

Always thought that was strange. Gundam was really taking off around tbat time especially with the dub of Seed on the air... would have been a great time to realease a couple of sets of Arch Enemy. But I guess people voted with their wallets.
I only had the Wing ones but saw the other stuff. The RX78 and Char Custom looked good but had that odd original anime look from the series I didn't like (angular but rounded ...kind of a half between super-robot and real-robot).
And the single Aile Strike didn't look anything like the previous ones... more like an oversized MSiA.

-Forgot about the strike! Indeed I never saw the enemy there.... I really wonder if Bandai halted Gundams around then do to profit. Specifically, the Target stores that I saw them in sold out. -Bet the other toy lines made more profit Detail = less profit. snif. -Great line of toys though.

The only ones I ever saw in local stores were the RX-78 and the Gelgoog, and I regretted not picking up the Gelgoog.
It is really too bad that the line died too quickly.

I picked them all up except the Aile Strike as I already had the diecast chogokin version. I was disappointed that the line didn't survive longer. Much better quality and larger size than MSiA.

I dare to say that it is even better than Robot Spirit in term of paint work ie, panel-lining and weathering.
