A cape is mandatory for this robot but i think ill give him a real cape instead of a movement limiting rubber or plastic cape. what do you guys think?

Cloth Cape all the way, Hands Down! Either Satin, or very thin leather, that will flow in the wind... ...Then secure the figure on a base so the wind won't knock him over: we wanna see a videoclip of him completed, wearing his cape, on a pedestal, outside in the wind, for a nice dramatic look. zozo-Magengar

Silicone? You used a Silicone mold for That? Huh? you mean that you casted METAL in a Silicone mold? Now I'm REALLY blown away! For a minute there I thought that was a material like Pewter, or painted expoxy. Casting metal would need a furnace, I think. I'm soon about to venture into castin and molding with silicone RTV molds and resins. But what you're doing there is High Calibre work... ...I'm Not worthy! A "keychain" always stays Hidden in a pocket. That head there should be worn around your neck on a string of beads (like I did with my Grendy KO head) as your own creation, and Medal of Honor as a craftsman making robot customs... ...it looks worthy of showin of your Robot Collector pride, my friend. zozo-Magengar Thanks Mag ;D here another try with a silicone that is not adapted to high temp the silicone burned but the head stayed lol ill probably do a key chain or something with it.

Can you give us more info on the metal casting process, materials, and sources? I would like to try it as well.
BTW, my offer still stands, if you decide to make more UFO King Grendizers I would definitely buy one or two from you!
Excellent work!!!

you Sir are a mad GENIUS!!!!!, King Grendizer's chest looks incredible and the gin head should be a key chain because it looks just like one XD, heck maybe if you put it on ebya your get a lot of $$ for it.
i though King Grendizer's Harken shoulders would be removable, did you decided to leave it as it is?

Hey Mag the metal is a pewter ^^ get high temp silicone from rtv and youl be able to do the same just make sure to not burn yourself and do this in a well ventilated area. same as resin. just the pour is a bit more tricky.
Drout the harken blades are on the shoulder Luca the designer of king told me the chest blades are kinda just for show.

Amazing, Truly Amazing! Perhaps someday I'll try and practice pouring pewter. For now I gotta stick to the basic stuff first, like resins and simple plastic thingies, learning how to make the molds (one-part, and two-part molds)... ...I'd like my first casting project to be a rendition of a revoltech joint (large scaled, maybe a 1/2-inch). Your work there is kickin azz. If you find a backup crew be sure to start with a small group (2 or 3 people) so you can keep track of how the work is being done and it will stay consistent once your helpers have progressed to your calibre... "too many Different hands can ruin the canvas", figuratively speaking. The coolest thing about your project is that you are getting direct feedback and guidance from the designer Luca, so your custom King Grendy will indeed come out Perfect and flawless. You're in good hands with Luca. zozo-magengar Hey Mag the metal is a pewter ^^ get high temp silicone from rtv and youl be able to do the same just make sure to not burn yourself and do this in a well ventilated area. same as resin. just the pour is a bit more tricky.
