So, don't know if you guys saw this but This year Go Nagai is celebrating his 40th Anniversary of his third entry of the Mazinger saga by making an anime promo video for the Grendizer Giga Manga
perhaps if this get enough popularity this might turn into an actual anime series.

So, don't know if you guys saw this but This year Go Nagai is celebrating his 40th Anniversary of his third entry of the Mazinger saga by making an anime promo video for the Grendizer Giga Manga perhaps if this get enough popularity this might turn into an actual anime series. YAWN!  Would you please wake me up when the video ends? I am not against reboots, remakes or upgrades! But, this trailer just doesn't have what it needs to excite me enough. Oh, and that poor way of "don't insult Kabuto being a sidekick again" is kinda of childish, IMO LOL! |

That's actually Kikunosuke Abashiri ... right she play a role on Grendizer Giga manga its more like 3 charterers in 1 hikaru makiba, cutie honey, and Kikunosuke Abashiri all in one but i remember there was a fan made photos for Kouji, Tetsuya and Duke Fleed he draw them all as girls along with the Getter team  |

I read somewhere before that her design actually predates Koji and the others.
It's like she's Go Nagai's favorite design ever.
As such, I really want the Mazinger Angels to get animated already.
I mean, they're already animating those battleship girls, ffs!

im not sure if the old Grendizer is stronger than Giga but nice photo lol TBH, a lot of people are saying that for what they saw in the manga and promo it seems this guy is far more powerful than the original. i mean, one thing that pretty much everyones seems to agree and noted is that finally GoNagai gave something to Grendizer that seriously needed which is the capability of flight on its own for been an alien robot which is something the original was severly lacking. This could be the Grendizer version to fit in the trinity of the strongest with Shin Getter and Mazinkaiser at this point in response to the more modern Super Robots of today which are more powerful than the classic ones. Well, downgrading Koji to Sayaka status is kind of insulting. true, Koji been a sidekick was a bullsh*t part from Toie, but at least he was more helpful than Sayaka ever was since there was in a lot of ocassions that he saved Duke and Grendizer. |
