new you'd like it just hope you didnt pay full price for it. Though, in all reality I still would of gotten it at 60. It really is an awesome figure and at least it is pretty much all ABS. The paint app is superb as well, and the figure just looks awesome!

Yes, the whole package makes it worth it. Considering, it's about the same price we'd pay for a Robot Damashi exclusive, this is a good value for the money. Even the stand is totally innovative.
I bought at HLJ, so yeah, close to $60.
The website ameblo.jp/riobot has a lot of cool info on how to clip on all the handles and stuff onto the weapons and also has some terrain pictures you can download for the stand. I've bookmarked the site, going to be checking out all the stuff they put out in the future as well.

Wow, I was trying to find another one of these guys recently to replace the one I sold and I got lucky and bought HLJ's last one. Anyway, for those who have the Delphine, the current going rate for the Type 2 is about 8000- 10000 yen! If they don't do a re-release and the future Riobot's are par for the course, then this guy might turn out to be a grail pretty quick.

That armored form really does look mighty fine. If this guy's still in stock when my next PO allotment comes in at amiami I think I'll have to add him.

Sentinel is a great company and they make awesome toys- I just wish their website was better managed. Everything links to blogs that aren't updated that often, and they have a real catalog on their site yet. If they're spending that money on dev costs, then that's awesome and more power to them, I just wish info on their stuff was just more readily available. They don't have ANYTHING on thier site about the Devilman figure they're doing, and pre-orders have already been open for a month!

My full-armored Delphine showed up today (for those who were hoping to get it from HLJ; sorry - I was probably one of the last people to snatch it up when I realized it was sold out everywhere else ) Hot DAMN this toy is nice. It made me get out the previous version and play with it again and appreciate how precisely engineered everything on this toy is. These Riobot figures seem to be like the ferraris of small plastic toys - ludicrously expensive, but astoundingly complex and breathtaking in their execution. The fully armored Delphine is a sight to behold, with multiple shades of red, silver, black, and gunmetal all forming this intimidating behemoth that's surprisingly stable thanks to the fantastic joint design of the base figure. I'm glad I own BOTH the Delphine 2 and Delphine 3, however, as the armor really restricts the movement of the upper body (which is otherwise fantastic), and really the number of things that have changed on the base figure really help justify this as an additional purchase, rather than a straight add-on. Hopefully Sen-ti-nel produces more of these in the future, because I'd dare say this is the best version of the three Delphines produced thus far... too bad I wasn't able to get the type 1 . I'd have liked to add that to my collection.

(for those who were hoping to get it from HLJ; sorry - I was probably one of the last people to snatch it up when I realized it was sold out everywhere else ) Twas you! I really really hope they make a second run of the armored type. ;D I mean to sell out that fast and that well something must be up with these figures. Such a shame and I thought this would shelf warm at hlj like the type 2 did and then it magically sold out too.....I guess I was warned, but didn't see the warning.

Twas you! I will say with utmost honesty - I regret nothing. This figure really is fantastic. Everything is so..... precise. The way the armor locks into the body is frightening, but it's so specially engineered that it just works. Amaazingly. Perfectly. You get a basic non-armored figure with this release, yes, but the idea of displaying it as anything other than armored? MADNESS!!

Yea I got mine!! ordered it as soon as preorder came up!! The only way to go!! I haven't put on armor yet but I have one problem ... One of his toes thungies is missing clear off the figure as soon as I opened it!! Bad enough it fell off but it's nowhere to be found either. Also left plate on chest armor fell off but I snapped it back on easiy enough but not sure if it was meant to come off in first place sine other side was intact. I stll need to mess around with it though but base figure is as solid as ever and there are quite a few differences from other versions but like Quinn said it's movement is restricted by added armor pieces.
Therefore I highly suggest u have both versions of difringe! Oh and this vesion has stone sword at right scale

The two add-on plates to the chest are meant to be removable. In "unarmored" mode, the Delphine doesn't have any insignias on its chest. In full armor mode, he's bulked up slightly and gets the royal seal put on the left side of his chest armor. that sucks that the toe armor is missing though . I was very happy to see the giant broadsword was bigger with this release. That was my one niggle with the previous release - it didn't seem big enough, especially when trying to put the Delphine into the "shielding" pose where it hides behind the weapon.

Changed the topic title a bit because I couldn't think of a really great place for this and, considering that Sentinel's product line is a bit sparse, this could easily get lost otherwise. From the twitter of one of the people working at Sentinel (makers of the Riobot figures): Poseable devilman figures. Pretty funky looking!

yeah there was a thread for this monster line from riobot but I guess it got lost as you mentioned lol.
Riobot seems to be pretty slow in their releases...... still no word of a release date for that liger guy but they seem to have several projects in the works......... liger was suppose to be next inline but all we got was another delphine (which im not mad about) but I want to see what they can do with other figures!! these monsters looks really cool but lets see some liger action
