Now, WHY on Earth did I start this thread?
For Obvious reasons: CUSTOMS! *^__^*
Yesterday I was shopping at Jo-Anne's Fabrics looking
for more resin-casting supplies, and I remembered to
ask if the store sold any artist's mannequins...
Behold, I bought a 4.5-inch manikin (good for making
custom revoltech human figures);
and a tall 8-inch manikin (good for making custom
robot figures like the RAHs and SOC Knockoffs).
Later next week I'm gonna get the 12-inch manikin.
These are made of wood and have limited articulation.
I was afraid these manikins would soon be obsolete,
so I rushed to buy them.
Now I realise they're also available in plastic as well.
Down the road, I wanna repro-cast these wooden
manikins into resin plastic copies so's I can make
custom human/robot figures with them.
I especially like the 4.5-inch manikin because I THINK
were a Koji figure it would fit inside the PX-04...
...just modify its body parts and replace the articulations
with Revoltech joints and ya got yerself a cool
"revoltech" custom pilot figure!
Tit-tit-fur-now... gotta go play with my "Men".
