What are all the differencies between Fortress Maximus and Brave Maximus?

There are differences in color and in the number of accessories.


Taken from Dave Van Domelen's Review of Brave Max:

Missing Parts: Brave Maximus has no external weapons and no non-head assistant robots. The only things that come with Brave Max are Brave, Plasma, Brave's pistol and the radar dish. That's it. No big guns, no secondary bots, no Master Sword (which was added to the mold for Grand Maximus, IIRC).

Yup! Brave Maximus is from Car Robots. Here are the details:

Fortress Maximus - G1/Headmasters
Grand Maximus - Masterforce
Brave Maximus - Car Robots/Robots in Disguise

Er...sorry, can't help you there. But you might want to ask the members who are good in making customs.

I'm not too keen on painting TFs...too many moving parts...

I think that would be difficult to do. Fortress Maximus has very little paint. He's mostly colored plastic. It would be hard to accurately duplicate the appearance with paint.

And, for what it's worth, of the three Maximus incarnations, Fortress Maximus has the worst color scheme. Most people prefer Grand Maximus. I happen to think Brave Maximus looks fantastic, though the red is a bit overdone.
