Wow, thanx guys, that must be it...
yeah, it has springs in it's arms, missing hands, but it also has springs in his legs and open area on sides that looks like he can cock some weapon...scratching my head on what it could be..?
so, wow, "unmarked heavy robot made with alot of die-cast metal and plastic parts" can be replaced with "Small Clover GunCannon"...but how much is mine worth? his antennae are broke, missing parts...i can't recall how i even came to own it.
It must have came in that box broken/partial robots i got at a flea market when i was MUCH younger, over 20 years ago. I thought for SURE i could eventually find the missing pieces, or mash-up pieces to make whole robots, but i never did.
Where IS that box?

That one also came in a 3 toy box set....guntank and the regular gundam were included too.

As for price, I would't expect too much. Condition, condition, condition. Clover toys are more about the packaging and accessories....
