Yes Swindle is out. The TRU here in New Orleans had about 4 of them the other day. There were also a number of Windchargers and Grimlocks.

Rex, was your pic a prototype? Is there a difference between it and the soon to be released toy?

Not sure of all the differences, but one thing is that the prototype pics had weathering on the paint. It doesn't look like the boxed one above has any of that; it looks brand new. Which is how I'd prefer it. I mean, hey, robots can bathe too, you know. ;D lol
