Hey gang,
I'm seriously considering begining a collection of all the major color variants for the G1 prime cab. By major, I mean that I won't include items like the G1 prime cab with red toes, or the New Year edition with blue windows. I'm interested in the major variations. The following are the ones I know of. Does anyone know of any others?
Red cab White cab (ultra magnus) Black cab (ehobby? variant) Yellow cab (ehobby? ultra magnus variant) Blue cab (ehobby? ultra magnus variant / Diaclone variant) Clear cab (Lucky Draw version. I'll never own this one)
I think I also recall seeing a green knock off version once. Can anyone confirm this?
Any other ones to add?
Also, does anyone know of a good online resource for acquiring these that might be cheaper than ebay?
Much thanks!

Hey gang, Red cab White cab (ultra magnus) Black cab (ehobby? variant) Yellow cab (ehobby? ultra magnus variant) Blue cab (ehobby? ultra magnus variant / Diaclone variant) Clear cab (Lucky Draw version. I'll never own this one) Just to cofirm...the black cab is the Jafcon Prime?

The clear lucky draw was a lunchtime special, AFAIR -- but don't quote me on it... The black one is the Jafcon prime, yes. Oh, and then there's the gold chromed prize trophy thingie, that was a japanese G1 prize toy... -- and the gold-chromed (instead of silver) e-hobby(?) lucky draw one, but I guess that would go in the same category as the French red-toed variation...

Don't forget about that double-sized white G2 one. I can't remember what market it was produced for, but I think it was official.
Also, Fighbird, are you talking about the Prime with the gold smokestacks and wheels? Or is the whole toy gold, like the Lucky Draw Armada Prime?

The large G2 version is korean, but I think it has been dismissed as being officially licensed; one thing is, that it's not produced by Sonokong, the official license-holder to Takara's molds in Korea. And I was referring to the Prime with gold hubcaps and smokestacks, yes -- should have made that a bit more clear.

I actually own the G2 oversized one. It's not Sonokong, but it does bear the official Transformers G2 logo on the box. All of the box's images are similarly borrowed from G2. Also, the quality is very genuine. All that's missing is the diecast content.

What does the stamp on the toy say? "Hasbro International" is not a legit company... Didn't know that it was lacking die-cast. Oh well...
