According to the review on CollectionDX, you need to buy other figures to get all Gurren Wing parts.
Can someone list them to me and which parts are included with each?

Enki has the wings and Lazengann the backpack... those are the two figures that come with the extra parts.

Only two? I expected more than that. Thanks anyway.

yeah and have a great time tracking down enki for a decent price if at all. I'm not in a hurry to get them yet. Right now I'm after Eva 03 and next is SRC Mazinger Z. -- Even though I hate it, I admit that they have a smart marketing way to force you to buy the unpopular figures you don't want in order to complete the one popular that everybody wants. Smart, but annoying.

Unfortunately, that is not totally the case. Enki & Lazengann are very popular, with recent reissue preorders sold out right away. But you can find the basic GL easy today.

You can also try to get the Gurren Langann Impact Model Series from Konami. No, this is not the diecast one. It is plastic and comes with the wings and repair hangar already: It is pretty awesome indeed! }D

No offence but Enki and Lazengann unpopular..? : )
I suggest you buy GL Impact Model then to save you the trouble of buying the unpopular ones.

I know they are popular, but I meant as a general concept. If you think these figures won't sell, include something that completes the ones that sells well to make them worthy. I'll see if I can track down the Impact Model, although I heard it doesn't come with a Giga Drill attachment.

You're right about the lacking giga drill, but it does have the wrist double drills that Revo only has on the fulldrillized version. Also, if you go on the hunt keep in mind there's an earlier unwinged version of the same figure - the wings are removable from the winged version, though. The Impact Model version is nice and definitely has its own look. I personally prefer the look and feel of the Revo version (after all, GL even has Revo joints in the show!), but it's more an issue of taste than due to glaring faults in the IM one. The use of green instead of gray on it does bug me, though. Impact Model on left, Revoltech on Right L to R, WF metallic Revo, Normal Revo, and IM I don't know how these pictures got so small on photobucket, but I can't find the originals on my computer anymore. Let me know if you need better shots to make your decision, I can dig out the IM figure for a little photoshoot if need be. Just to complicate things further, if you're already planning on tracking down Enki and Lazengann just for the wings, you might want to just go for the metallic WonderFest GL instead. IMO it's the best of the GL figures, although I'm sure many would disagree and point to the Great Impact chogokin. It's probably super hard to find and expensive now (although you're probably looking at over $100 anyway for GL+Enki+Laz), but the finish is amazing and it comes with the wings - and if the seller is giving you everything it came with from WF, red revopliers and a pretty sweet GL canvas tote.

I lean towards the Konami myself, as it is more anime accurate than the Revoltech. Granted that it is not as freakishly posable as the Revo, the Konami looks better IMO. I would love to have the WF version, but there's absolutely no way I'm paying way over a $100 for a Revoltech... }D

I favor the Revoltechs over the Konami's. GL is a show with a lot of attitude ("Who the hell do you think I am?!!!"....haha), and the sculpt & posing of the Revoltechs are exactly that. Not to mention that GL did have revoltech joints in the show. Enki & Razengann are very cool figures. It would be a shame to collect Revoltech GLs without them. Then of course, there are Ark, Galaxy, and Tengen Toppa GLs as well, which are all crazy cool.
So, can't say I can favor the Konami figure, when the Revoltech has such a great GL line up. Keep in mind, many of the Revoltech GLs are either being reissued recently or will be in a couple months. Even if you missed the boat on sold out preorders, keep your eyes open as the stores get their stocks around release date. Or even if you need to ebay them, at least they won't be at the astronomical price it once was.

If I could only buy one, I would buy the konami version as it looks more like an actual super robot than the revoltech.
