I'm not sure about the exact size of the HBS-01, but I think it's about DeLuxe-sized. Basically, the HBS features diecast metal, rubber tires and better poseability, but is smaller. The "regular" Galaxy Convoy is Ultra sized, but is all plastic.
I think Remy may have a gallery comparing the two....

Holy cow, it IS tiny! I wonder how much diecast it has. For $50+ it better be a lot!

I don't know...For that money I'll rather go for the big ol' chunky plastic GC-01. After all, most of the time size it's more impressive than die-cast IMO. I don't think the little one will have the amount of die-cast needed to compensate that price tag anyway.

If you are into Robot Masters, then go ahead and buy the mini version. Besides the size ( seen it from the sealed box, its got extra balck fists for different grip poses, you can change the head ( unlike) the GC-01 where you can just switch the face guard at will. Detail wise, very much the same. But if you want a sturdier, meaner version get Galaxy Convoy.

So did anyone end up getting the TSH-01? I saw this at the local Silver Snail for $60CAD... And considering I'd probably end up paying more or less the same to import it myself, I seriously considered it. But then ended up getting Reverse Convoy RM-24 to add to my Robot Masters collection... besides, an RM was way cheaper... but next weekend, who knows?

Wondering how much die-cast is in THS-01.

Well, I pick up the THS-01 today - the reviews are pretty much spot on. It's tiny - like a Robot Masters item but packing tons of detail. It feels like a miniature gokin in heft, but is actually mostly plastic... I think the die-cast metal is mostly just the legs (which counts for a lot because you can pose in ways you wouldn't pose an RM and he won't fall over). In fact, his super-mode with the back-pack is remarkably well-balanced since the wings are plastic and the back-pack remains hollow. Lots of transparent "gimmick" bits too. 2 mini-versions of Force-chips unlock the guns (one of which has tiny little clear bits to simulate the light-up feature on the GC-01). And old-school fans will appreciate the rubber tires. Sweetness. Transformation is a little... hmm... hard. Maybe because it's new - but the joints are way too tight and I was afraid I might break something - particularly gimmicks like the tab that pops the head in and out during transformation. Also the transformation involves a lot of peg-to-hole connections that I'm afraid might eventually get loose... and it's a very real concern because I picture myself playing with this guy a lot in the near future.
