Okay, I'm back. Both feet are diecast. The three doors and the panel supporting the three doors on his chest are diecast. THAT's it. Despite all the conjectures and descrptions shoulders are NOT diecast. Trust my lips, they are NOT diecast. Figure looks great with TONS of articulation...BUT I think I'm going to pack this thing and send it back. Half the figure is made of soft and smelly PVC...It's giving me a headach with its pure poison fume. All the black hose parts and some of the tail section are PVC. That more then half. I bought it for 80 plus tax from Amazon. If you find it at Amazon Warehouse in a week or two, it's prob mine.

I actually wanted the old school Mechagodzilla since I missed out on buying the chogokin one a long time ago. I love Godzilla but I'm ashamed to say that I only have 2 figures of him and I want to make it up by having these s.h. monster arts as my collection. Edit: Dang, it seems they haven't released that Mechagodzilla yet.

Hi grave. The figure is really cool if you don,t mind that the figure is mostly made of PVC. I just personally prefer to stay away from PVC figures. I,m your what you call a green nerd. I thought it was going to be mostly ABS with some diecast with little PVC. Again, If you.re a fan and don,t mind PVC, I highly recommend getting it especially if it.s on a sale. A perfect rendition of this character.

Thanks for the reply greengetter, actually I'm also bothered with too much pvc parts too. I prefer parts to be mostly die-cast and abs plastic since I tend to dislike the feel and smell of pvc. Looks like I'll be hunting for the chogokin version of mechagodzilla after I get paid for an upcoming job. If I do find a figure of this for the right price I might also get it.

well there some good news and a bad news and extreme good news. the good news is Mothra will be release in Japan on April 2014 for 6,480 yen. the bad news is that she is a TWE, which means she is possibly around the $100 mark. now the extreme good news is that Bluefin Tamashii is gonna bring her to the US side on May 2014 for $64.99. man Bluefin is has balls to bring TWE stuff. www.collectiondx.com/news_item/112313/sh_monsterarts_mothra_updated

Godzilla 2000 is in stock now.Anybody getting one? I like it.
edit: 01/02/2014 I hadn't ordered Godzilla 2000, I was hoping to see some reviews first b/c I wanted to know if it came with any accessories. I think it comes with a red flame effect based on some images. I ordered from Amazon yesterday. I just got the 1964 Godzilla for Xmas. I like the 1964 figure but without the flame effect or anything else in the box, it was a let down.

The figure seems to have more poseability than the previous one and the joints bends smoother. Maybe its because of the slimmer designs, or the softer material used. I really love playing with it and the tail... just wow. Like a snake

What an amazing looking figure. I keep trying to figure out why they are so expensive

To me its is because of the mold itself. Totally movie accurate. 2ndly because of the poseability

I would say, the sculpt. These figures may be in the "S.H. Arts" line, but they are pretty limited in poseability. The joints are there, but the design of the figures almost totally hinder the articulation. }D
