Can anyone tell me if there's ever been a line of transforming toys that feature dinosaur mechs that can change into tanks, airplanes, or other military or pseudo military vehicles? Is something like this available stateside?  |

Hmm... Not that i know of. Transformers BEast Wars had some Robots into Dinosaurs... There were a few toys, like the beast wars neo megatron that went from Dragon > robot > vehicle...

Skylynx was a dino-like thing that was a spaceshuttle with it's carrier. It also split into two seperate animal forms ( a bird creature and a "lynx") but no humanoid robot forms.
Other than that, I'm drawing a blank... especially that it was an entire line of military vehicles...
