Well...I'm in. This looks dope! Sounds as if they're making efforts to make this multiplatform. That would rock as I don't have a 360 yet. Can't wait to hear more about this.

Though I prefer super robots this does look pretty cool. I have insider info mtw that a Japanese developer is working on a mecha game for Kinect too!

The pace of the combat and all the jumping and boosting makes me think of Phantom Crash - a fun game, to be sure, and one I wished I had put more time into. I'm sad that my PS3 is being left out, though . No 360 for me.

So I found that the steel battalion controller can be used on a PC. I hope I can make it work for this game.

Oh, it is amazing. Too bad it worked with only two games (more like 1 1/2, actually). I was quite sure that's what would happen in North America - it was a miracle that it got released here at all - but you'd think something like that would get more support in Japan, no?
I have to get a USB adapter and give the PC drivers a try. Which games work well with it? The Mechwarrior series, I presume. Anything else? That Front Mission action game might actually be fun with that controller. Not badmouthing it. I've never played it, not even with a regular Xbox360 controller or mouse&keyboard. But the reviews and feedback I've read were not so good. Though when it comes to giant robots, my standards are quite low. Robots do make everything better. ;D According to steamgamesales.com, it dropped down to $12.49 on Steam last last February. Next time it goes on sale for a similar price, I might give it a shot.

Robots make most things better. I had to get rid of Armored Çore 4 only after playing it a couple hours. Nothing could save it. It looked good, and played great. The issue was missions were ridiculously short. As in, many could be finished in a minute and the longest being under 5 minutes. So you spent 20 minutes designing your mech, wait a few minutes to for mission data, then a few for it to load the you finish the mission in a couple minutes, then repeat. Its a shame the missions were so poorly designed. It ruined what could have been an excellent game. I can't wait for hawken though.

Yeah, the Alpha. I usually hate testing alphas in my line of work, but theirs looks pretty far along. Check out this live action trailer.
