Missing screws and the gears in the feet not on the right teeth.

So finally, after asking twice, robotkingdom emailed me and gave me a tracking number. According to the tracking, it was shipped out on the 26 and is now in the USA.

*phew* - glad to hear it was just an email mistake. Hope you get yours soon!
As for me, I picked mine up today from the post office. And out of the box, all I can say is: believe the hype. I'll do a proper review on my blog when I have time over the weekend. But for now I'm just amazed at how good he looks next to my official Transformers. Seems to be the same type of plastic Hasbro uses too.
I'll say this much tho: I do see where they don't quite measure up to Hasbro/Takara's design sensibilities... It's like their autocad design work was just a "bit" off from perfect. Has-Tak design their toys to have a little bit of give. Their instructions even say that it's possible that parts will pop loose if you force them and that they should be able to pop back in. I feel less comfortable with Exgraver - I feel like "If I don't do it right, I'm going to break something."
The first step is figuring out a way to attach the Not-Devastator hand to the vehicle mode... well, when you flip the black panel down and put the "wrist" part in, you can't actually rotate the shoulders up. So instead, I need to do it backwards: rotate up the shoulders carefully and peg them into place with the panel, then insert the wrist. And even then, I'm not sure I got it right because the head is kind of in the way so I'm not sure how everybody else bends the hand down a full 90degrees.

No diecast in it and about double feet problem, you just has to push them forward to correct problem, no need to unscrew (yeaaaaah, diecast !) the legs. The ball joint hips are going to get loose for sure but glue can fix this up. About design, FrenzyRumble is right about legs proportions. Here is his photoshop test (original on the left) :

Picked it up this morning and messed around with it pretty much the whole day. Fits in well with the classics figure. We seen enough size comparison and the consensus is that this is voyager class. It definitely has the bulk but I still feel that it was still somewhat short. Throughout the discussion or whether or not it is considered a voyager class, I kept thinking it was Warbot (Springers) size. Problems on my copy. I had to open up the bottom of the left leg. The feet wasn't lined up correctly and I didn't want to force it close, it might break the ratchet teeth/gears. Cosmetic damage on the Cockpit, the piece that plugs into the bottom of the hands, I placed it on the back of the head because I think it looks better that way. The front wind shield on that part, painted black, has smeared and needs touch up. Connector port, I tried to connect this to the ROTF Bruticus, which I have with the Fansproject Crossfire addons. The Connection port just refuses to lock in. I hope this isn't a problem when we get Dr. Crank (Hook). Bonus: Robotkingdom inserted a pack of Transformers DOTM trading card inside the box.

About feet gears, don't nee to open leg to line up... just push forwar, then align. ^__^ Nice you had a Cons symbol. Is that from Reprolabels ?

I have extra cons and bots symbol purchased from both reprolabels and kotoys. It comes in handy because of all these 3rd party stuff. Need to get more of them clear ones though, but I really want some water slide symbol decals. That way, it will look like it is painted on.

Here is his photoshop test (original on the left) : I wish the legs were actually proportioned like this because I feel that in Not-Devy arm mode, the forearm which is made of the legs is too short compared to the upper arm and looks "off." Aside from that, the design is still solid.

Thankfully, I don't have any missing or broken bits, but TFC has heard the complaints and said this on their Facebook page: 關於工程兵Exgraver的部分問題,我們已經就此推出解決方案,請根據你的問題作出調整或更換。方案可在TFCLUB論壇或微博找到。 For people who facing problem of Exgraver, we're working on an english version of solution. Please be patient. weibo.com/tfctoysOf course, the weibo page is entirely in Chinese, but it's nice to see they recognize that they have fans around the world who are asking for help. I will repost any follow-ups they send out.

Got mine today along with Thundershred and I love em both I did have to take apart my left leg of Exgraver and adjust the foot gear but a two year old could fix this issue. Far less QC issues than some huge companys *cough cough Rodimus cough* dont pass these guys up

just to speculate a bit. We haven't seen TFC last two constructicons yet. But I can almost be certain that their version on bonecrusher, which they have name neckbreaker, would most likely be using the same waist and legs from Exgraver. This will give the combine form symmetry on the forearms, and elbow, but also because, the original G1 toy, both Scavenger and Bonecrusher, pretty much have the same legs, just one of them were molded in purple, the other molded in green. So come on, pretty much half way done with the fifth figure. Bring out the prototypes of the last two already.

OK, so TFC posted a "Note" on their Facebook page today. I will run down the info: 1) they thank us fans for our support and acknowledge the reported issues. 2) the first issue is that the "digger" ratchet joint has a tendency to break. They feel that the problem is a combination of overly-precise design and factory error in manufacture. so they post a photo emphasizing a recommendation to use twisting motions whenever you plug or unplug the digger into its port. 3) they also point out in a different photo that the digger has a maximum elevation of 90-degrees and warn not to bend it any further than that. 4) they are redesigning the joint and will include a new revised version of the digger when you get Heavy Labor ("Not Long Haul"). If you aren't planning on getting Heavy Labor, you can still get a replacement (they didn't post any details on how to get one yet). They do mention that since this is a design problem and they are going to redesign the joint, then if you get your replacement and it still breaks, then they won't be responsible for the second breakage. 5) they also acknowledge the mis-aligned feet and explain using a photo how to reset them (fold them all the way forward and then manually reposition before folding them back to normal). 6) they will try address other problems case by case if you email them tfctoys-sales@hotmail.com

Sweet! That saves the trouble of asking them to send a replacement part.
