I hope the 2nd runs of Exgraver hold up much better. Kinda scary to think if they had QC issues with the first team member, we still have 5 more team members to go through.
This might be one of the times where it's best not to jump in early and wait until all QC issues are known from 1st run production on each team member.

I dunno :/ mine is perfect and has no issues and the issues that are out there are hardly "scary" IMO. They are stepping up HUGE by putting a replacement in Heavyloads box and are taking steps that no other company takes so quickly off the get go. These guys are great and im looking forward to purchasing this entire set.

I think he is a better looking figure than Exgraver.

Thank you! I just spent 10 minutes trying to decipher what the weibo page was saying (TFC posted a link to their weibo page on their facebook wall but unless you're already registered with an account, you can only reach a sign-up page).
Anyway, Heavy Labor is looking good - he looks even less parts-forming that an Exgraver (that is, it seems they figured out how to make the driver's cab stay in place from one mode to the next). Very promising pictures indeed. And I'm liking the proposed colours - the purple parts are just enough and the metallic paint detailing looks great!

Something looks odd here... I hope it's just because this is a prototype (or even better, just a mock-up) because... why is his head and neck off-centre? Maybe it's the just angle of the photo. I for one, am psyched to see that the left-arm is "real" (TFC posted a comment during the night that they would post CG images of the last two figures... they didn't say anything about revealing physical models! Nice scoop, moop!! Thanks! Edit: A-ha: fresh off their Facebook page!

Like I was saying, a lot of Bonecrusher's parts are recycled from Exgraver. Even the head looks very similar, and the chest, aside from adding the wings parts that form the chest shield. Clearer picture of the head reveal that he has a face instead of a faceguard. The off centered head is not that big of a problem, but it kinda stinks in that the crane from Hook can knock it off center. Maybe it would be better if they make stuff lock into place.

I dont mind that bonecrusher uses a lot of scavangers parts.. it makes sense and I really dont see it working out any other way. Glad we got to see some more photos on the progress of this beast.

For all they have done with this design, I can't say I am happy with the back of the head. I would have rather had a pop on head than more of a flat panel. At least give us a back half we can snap on.

Agree: the head on Exgraver gets away with it because it's generally a small head proportionately... but it seems that the Hercules face is much bigger and so the flatness of of the sculpt is much more pronounced. It almost looks unfinished.

Guys, that picture with the overhead shot that show the back of the head should be a unfinished prototype we got way back, months ago. Look at the two slots where the head can fit into in the alt mode. Those slots are big, especially when you fold the two side back together. Also, look at the top of the back of the head. There is a round protusion that looks like a screw is supposed to go into, and also, the ball joint is exposed. I am pretty certain that the flatness shown in this early protype is just half of the head.

I take back a post I made about an hour ago - there's a photo on the Seibertron.com post that shows what might be the completed head. It's an improvement... but still a bit disappointing that there's a "cavity" down the center. Still better that the photo above - the complete head sculpt wraps around more on the sides so it won't be too obvious unless you're looking straight down from above him.
