are they action figures that don't transform, or are they like the 2.5 inch figures that are pre-posed, but have a tiny bit of articulation...Hall of something.

There tiny versions of the full size ones and they DO transform. Go to www.tfkenkon.com Remy has some there in the "My Collection" section, there called Cybertron Optimus Prime, Cybertron Starscream ect.

oh, will these be available in the USA? will they be the same colors? or will we see Nemesis Prime in this size, like a previous series(Armada/Energon)

Yeah we should be getting them, the ones at Remy are North American versions since there using the Optimus Prime name and the packaging is in English.
