Hello, Here is my R.C. DOM (with ball) from Techroid series by Bandai. It is a rc unit and can fight with another rc dom and against the "ball" via infrared (The ball is included in the set). If the ball hits the Dom, the shoot is saved on led on transmitter. If the DOM hits the ball, the ball stop his run for some seconds. I own other mechas of this serie (always about gundam world). I knew that a Dom exists, but never know that a Zaku exists as well. The Dom "hovers"/slides on wheels, but how does the Zaku move? Does it really walk?

Hi,
the Zaku is really a masterpiece.
Yes he walks and can shot plastic ball from his rifle.
The Zaku comes like a gun-pla kit so it have to be built. Then the zaku has an videocamera, on his eye. There is a litle LCD screen on tramsitter so you can watch that the zaku see.
It is a very different thing from Dom.

The street price in Japan is much less ;D. In every case keep in mind that it is a 2003 release and it is rare NIB. |

I remembered seeing the Dom in local hobby shops circa 2003 - 2004. So the Zaku was released at around the time same then? I thought it's much newer than the Dom.

There was also a Techroid Guntank as well. I regret cancelling my preorder for that one years ago! :-(
