The Warrior on the picture was a present for me from Japanse friends of my parents, when I was a little girl. That's why I always thaught it was a japanese toy.... but recently I was told that the japanese version of the GA-37 had JAPAN inscripted on their back so can somebody confirm me that my Warrior is italian made?

I don't believe that this toy was ever made in Italy. Maybe certain ones might have been repackaged in Italy, but your toy is likely Japanese. They were also sold in the US under the Shogun Warriors line, though they are quite rare. BTW, its name is Grendizer (or Grandizer, or several other names). He also came with white (or yellow on a rare Korean version) trident-looking weapons that fit into the holes in his shoulders.
