You can play single player campaign or do online multiplayer according to the commercial. It will be available for download from XBox Live Marketplace and from the PlayStation Network store. I haven't seen a price-point yet, but I'd hazard a guess that it'll retail between $9.99-$14.99. Usually PSN/XBL DL games are pretty reasonable. It's only when you get into the retail games that they make available for DL that they get into the $30-$60 range.
