some ebayers offer worldwide delivery service that you must buy out at ebay. Some of them have good reputation. You could try them if you encounter a shipping-to-United-States-only bidding. Of course it will be extra cost of shipping to the item but if it is a vintage , the cost will be justifiable anyway.

the closing price for the one in your link is quite decent, you might wana try to look around ebay more, seriously, there are plenty of vf-1s there, you might also wana consider getting one with super or armoured pack, the prices are really good now imo, i use to pay 1-200USD on top of those you see in ebay. makes me wana jump right in and get another takatoku valk ;D
