On behalf of Canada, I apologize to RJers who had to read that. I couldn't even read past the first paragraph. Personally, I don't think it's a language issue, just a freaking lazy kid who thinks he's cool. Using 1337-speak (and doing a terrible job at it). He even says he wanted his brother to list for him but did it himself because he started his own ebay account (I think, but can't be sure because I'm busy thinking of punching him in the face).
