I prefer GA-09R one, you can have a well proportions n poseable Reideen at anytime in the market, there's lotta alternative out there. But when It comes to nostalgic feeling , you're only have a little choise to grab.......But decision is all yours, so happy hunting mate

My vote is always for the vintage. It's meant to feel good in hand, as a toy first. It probably outweighs both newer bots together, which makes it real satisfying to pick up. Enough little original moving parts and gimmicks, without much frustrating fiddlybits. Only thing that gets you over time, on the old style stuff, is the legs are so heavy, that they will usually sag down when transformed into GodBird after some use.

Hey repairtechjon, thank you for your vote and comments. Well guys I'll be finally making my purchase within the next 12+ hrs, I think that we have a winner, however I would like to see whether some other fellow collectors are going to vote in the following hours.

Congrats! You really can't lose with either, its amazing how different two toys can be based on the same character but a good 20 years worth of engineering improvements. Personally I would have gotten the SRC since anime accuracy is a huge factor with me but the GA does have old school charm. But I would advise getting the SRC sooner then later since even being the "cheap" alternative to the SOC line prices have gone up with a few starting to get scarce.

Hi Chen, you really got me thinking there, maybe I should purchase now before the christmas rush instead of waiting till after the holidays in January...hmmmm
