Want to hear a funny story. I have a G! Bumblejumper. It was the first Transformer I ever bought back in 1984 when Transformers first hit the states. I was on a business trip with my dad and mom in Vegas, and while they were off doing whatever, I went to the mall with about five bucks in my pocket. Here I saw the Transformers for the first time and had to have one, but I couldn't afford any of the big ones, so I bought Bumblejumper. Needless to say there were bigger and better Transformers that came along quickly after that, so Bumblejumper didn't get much play after the trip, so now he sits in great condition on my shelf!

You've got to love stories like that!
I remember when Diaclones hit the States. At that time, I was with my mom at an old toy store called "Play World." I remember turning the corner of an aisle and seeing these incredible toys that changed! I was able to get (not with my own money at that time, of course) the black vanette. Unfortunately, that little fellow has since been to the great Japan Robot grave in the sky. Been trying to look for a replacement for years with no avail. Oh well.
