Has anyone noticed the 3 auctions of case fresh (and cases!) of unused mint Daltanias Godaikins on Ebay? From 2 different sellers no less.
I would be suspicious if it's was from Hong Kong, but they're in the US.

Stuff like this is out there in a lot of places. Most people sit on them of course, but when people need money, find and estate collection, etc, the stuff comes out. With tough times these days ,and an older generation of collectors then most of us is moving on, it's getting to be the right time for some of this stuff to start popping up now and then.
Starting to see stuff on ebay that looks likely from a couple of recent old toy store warehouse auctions. Not so much the Godaikins, but other stuff those sellers and others are showing now, so yeah, some cool finds showing up.

seems like they selling as a carton. would be easier on people who just want to get one if they listed as 1 single piece per auction. I believe 15 months back there was a seller with a ton of case fresh Godaikins (Sunvulcan, voltes, daimos, daltanious, dynaman st and albegas) at least he has the sound judgement to sell piece by piece and he managed to sell off everything .
anyway I can see why they wanted to sell as one whole lot, better pricing but I'm not sure in today's sluggish economy people are will to shell out that kind of dough.

WOW, that's amazing that guy has a case of 6 up right now. Definitely priced to be sold to a limited market at 10k.

Way too expensive in my opinion for both a case and the single daltanias auction. Then again, I'm not that big a fan of the vintage daltanias.

Nice vintage Daltanias examples set on ebay for what seems like long periods of times at 4 an 5 hundred, so what makes anyone think this set is worth what he asks, dead mint in box or not, way over priced IMO. But, I would love to own just one of them, lol....

Hee. It's amazing and cool to see old cases of toys we love, and always difficult to bring reason and sanity back into the gooey-eyed gazing, lol.
ie: There's been several case fresh individual Daltanias the last few years offered, and if left to bid from a dollar, the market always has brought them up to anywhere from $475 to $850. Now you add a hundred or 2 for the "cool" factor of getting the factory shipping box,...you still don't get anywhere near 10K for 6pc.
It's like the multiples are supposed to fool your lovey-dovey part of your brain, and make you think they multiply each others individual value by half or so?? haha

Oh cool super G, so the one I posted has three in it, and the seller is trying to sell one loose as well seems like, and that case of six. There must be another half dozen for sale on ebay, most here already has a solid example. My point, Daltanias just is not that rare as they guys are pricing them like they are, mint or not.....
I am gonna get one day, but I plan to pay anywhere from 250 to 400 an not a penny more....
There is a nice Godshinx out of Canada right now up, and the seller is asking 445 shipping an all. I felt like offering 205, and saying sorry cuz, 250 is max for a used Godsphinx KO Daltanias with minor wear....

I sent an offer to the guy for $700 for one which is actually about the right price, as open non-mint ones go for around $250-$350, and he denied my offer. I agree that $1600 is way over priced. Heck $700 is almost to high, but it would be cool to own an unopened one....but then again I would want to open it. Getting to handle one that isn't all beat up would be cool.
