No way. Some of that stuff is Bananas. Figma Link, Figma Persona characters, Figma Tekkaman Blade? It's been one of the best Wonderfests yet for figma reveals, in my mind.

just got the berserk guts soldier figma .
the good . its figma articulated.
big sword . solid sculpt
4 pairs of hands total (4 left , 4 right)
the bad . the cape - it sux. i prefer a rubbery plastic cap for
toys. this is a "felt" cloth.

More tekkamen is good tekkamen. I've gone from having no figmas what so ever then bam now I own two and have two more on pre-order and whenever Griffith, and the tekkamen go up well there's 3 more.

Thanks for the link... I pre-ordered 2!!! Did you notice that on the Amiami "View all Pictures" listing for the Tekkaman Blade it says "For sale in Japan only"? I hope that is a typo...

I hope that is a typo... }D Yessir, I did. Apparently this goes back to some crazy situation mid last year sometime when Goodsmile Co. was on the fence about exporting their products. However, I think it all turned out to some kind of mistake and everything's all good now. It is strange that they'd still have that message , but I got figma Guts just fine a few weeks ago w/no probs.  Either way, I think preorders for figma are safe. |

I've been impressed with Figma quality and playability, more so than say, Revoltech, which to me have always seemed a little stiff and quirky in their joint system.

Whoops, I guess I missed Tekkaman! Didn't mean to hold out on the news  Just per-ordered one, so how's the quality on Figma's and size? Around 5-6", depending on the character. I have yet to be disappointed with the quality on any of the figmas I own. I've heard some very sporadic QC issues in the past, but pretty minor. I think the only figmas that have been panned are the Eva pilots. Thanks for the link... I pre-ordered 2!!! There's the whole situation that Recca mentioned, and past that I have a personal hunch that that disclaimer is there because the figures aren't designed to American (or other international) toy safety standards. More of a you-can't-sue-us than a no-toys-for-you. Plus, I and a number of others here have successfully ordered figmas that have said the same thing on their pages. |

looks great! the biceps are a little too big i think, but it is a very cool tekkaman figure. i wonder if the rest of the tekkamen other than evil tekkaman will be made?
