Nice find! Its tough to value something like this. Yes, the plastic version (Pla-Deluxe) is much less common than the diecast one. And the boxed ones likely command a decent price. But a loose and incomplete one (also, is he missing parts from his forehead?)? I really don't think there is that large a demand for these in this condition. The diecast ones certainly sell loose, but I've seen plenty of plastic loose toys not command nearly as much as I would have thought. But who knows? And I certainly could be wrong on this. Regardless, keep it and add it to your collection.

As Erik S said a while back, I know the Japanese really love D 1 7, so I hope you can find a few accessories. That, or make your own reproductions.
80-100USD? I've not seen a boxed set in ages....so maybe I'm off on this.

Made by Popy Value wise? Tough to say - havent seen a boxed one in quite a while (then again, havent really been looking for these specifically).
