I might be able to get a Sky Lynx lucky draw figure, so I'm trying to figure out how much to offer, how rare it is and how much it's worth. I really like the figure, but I don't know much about lucky draw figures. So does anyone know how you win a lucky draw figure? Is it sponsored by Takara or a hobby magazine, and is it a contest only offered in Japan? Any information would be appreciated.
