Damn, that really is GHETTO... he calls Your handmade items "terrible quality" and "useless" but then HE turns around and hawks them on eBay as though they were "made by Him".
I'd never wish the following on Anyone, but I'll hex him: may he just suddenly DROP DEAD.
Post a list of similar assholes who are doing this same offense, so we'll know who to avoid when we shop eBay.
On second thought, when shopping for Jumbo parts and repro items... I'll just shop and buy them Exclusively from RJers here who are actually doing the work and have shown pics of their work in progress. That way I know for a fact Their work is authentic. I've received fan-made repro stuff from RJers in the past, and I am still blown-away impressed with the items and all the incredible work and love these talented skilled RJers put into the Jumbo line. I can't thank you all enough for keepin Jumbos alive.

magengar, thats a good idea. there are some really capable people here that innovate and build high quality parts. i dont need to venture much further than this board. i also like your idea about an asshole list. someone should make a new thread, but then again it may get abused over small squabbles. but the french guy sounds like a person that needs to be completely shunned at the least.

Glad everyones grouping together on the issue and thanks for looking into it Derik, yeah i was pretty sure the only thing we could have gotten him for was using someone else's images. Although he fixed that by using his own.. but yeah i basically blocked him.. i'd also like to call out this french buyer pellinos6767 myworld.ebay.com/pellinos6767he had purchased missiles from me.. i know i lag a bit with shipping due to having to make them all.. after about 6 days.. and keep in mind i post a 4 day handling notice.. he files a claim against me for not receiving his product without ANY notice.. no messages.. no inquiries.. no nothing.. also keep in mind it would take a little more than a week for him to receiving the product.. I could have messaged him and all of that.. but didnt want to deal with the claim.. so i ended up refunding him full and sending him the set of missiles for free.. A few weeks pass and he orders another set.. and again.. after about 5 days... he files another claim! I was just fed up and refunded him.. didnt send it out.. i felt like he was looking for another free set of missiles.. and i took the hit and received the negative feedback..

Just wanted to let you all know that christope Moulet is now buying or trying to buy under the ebay user name laly2000 The buyers name on the account is Florence Saissac. They are now selling the black majors missiles in France and calling them their own under ciclope81. I think I got them good this time, due to ebays unwelcome and malicious buying policy. How many more names do I have to block before this jackass gets it? On top of it all, Florence messeges me and blatantley lies about not knowing anything about it and I am confused. Paperwork doesnt lie, people do.

Ill keep an eye out for him.. thanks for the warning guys.
Just one question for you missle makers and repro guys out there.. If I fix up a jumbo for sale and its a clean jumbo with your parts on it, thats "fair and square" right? Dont want to step on any toes out there. Of course the "repro" parts will be specified in the listing.
So, why is it that France and Italy keep coming up alot in these kinds of things?

If the jumbo brings a much better price due to the repro parts, you can always send us a tip

As long as you're forthcoming with the 'repro disclosure', it's fair game. Repro parts as so commonplace now and well made that I don't believe it kills the value, of course nothing beats 100% original but there is a hefty price to be paid for 100% original as well. If you want to buy a beater Jumbo, fix him up and sell him for a profit I find no problem with that. The key is full disclosure and you've got that covered.

Yeah, the way I see it is that youre keeping a Jumbo alive and getting it into a good home. You put some work into it and youve got the right to get paid as long as youre not misrepresenting or trying to pass off a re-conditioned as a NIB. Its good for the hobby, its good for everybody.

Unbelievable! They made another user account! nini8267 with zero feedback and bought the items again. Ebay said today they going to ban this guy for frequent violations. I bet it doesnt happen It wouldnt even be an issue if they would just own up Bunch of damn liars Today Florence threatend me with negative feedbacks and then went on to call me a racist against French people. I had a resolution in mind this morning for them, but now thats all over. I am not going to deal with these losers. They give French people a bad name. What a giant pain in the ass! Makes me not want to ship worldwide anymore.

Just put a notice into your listings that you will not ship to France.
That will help cover your side of things with Ebay if you choose to simply cancel bids/purchases from there.

More than likely 99% of the people in France will shop through Ebay.FR anyway and would never see your listing, just the one from the French crook. Who by the way also "Resells" items that he doesn't even own. He likes to find expensive "Buy it now" items up on other people's listings and then create a listing of his own for the same item (at roughly twice the price), most of the time using pictures stolen from the original listing. If he sells "his" then he just buys the original and re-ships it to the purchaser and pockets the difference in cash. He did the same thing with the Popy Grendizer that one guy had up for sale a week ago. Original listing: www.ebay.com/itm/popy-jumbo-machinder-UFO-GRENDIZER-goldorak-mazinger-bandai-shogun-chogokin-/290769533189 ciclope81 "Cloned" listing: www.ebay.com/itm/400319118999Worse still... ciclope81 hasn't even bothered to pull his clone listing even though the original one has already been sold.

Hi there. This guy have been banned from french eBay several times : he just resells stuff he doesn't have in stock, specially the Jumbo Machinder stuff. He started back on 2003 selling crappy repro missiles for the french Goldorak jumbo which is, as you may already know, very popular here. I'm french and I'm also part of the 1% of french people (sure there's more) that buys directly from the US. I'm now also the proud owner of this popy Grendizer : auction.item.rakuten.co.jp/10465292/a/10033827/?s-id=sd_browsehist_searchThis ciclope81 is a sucker, we all agree on that. But there's still 99% honest french buyers ^^ Cheers, Gaikindaizer

That sucks..... honest people suffer because of the greedy actions of a few crooks. Derik, you're always welcome to post your sales here at RJ in the Sales section. Many RJers would be interested in your stuff, and you'll be in good hands here. zozo-mag

why not just make a fake account, offer to sell the guy a ton of repro missles at a cheap price, then send HIM an empty box? hahahah Maybe you could get your money back that way? Give hin a taste of his own medicine.

considering that ebay will block any profiles linked to that bank account, probably not the best idea. i tried something like that before. cops came to my house after my "hahahaha" revenge email.

Thanks Didn't realize there was a seller section. I don't want to exclude France just because of one jack off. Maybe he'll die of a rare flesh eating disease due to his own Karma.
